SinarPay Payment System Terms and Conditions
- The SinarPay Payment System is a financial service product for processing digital payments organized by PT Sinar Digital Nusantara.
- The service is a service providing digital payment system applications for users who have provided proof of personal identity (KTP/SIM/Passport) and have received verification from SinarPay (with KYC).
- In the case of users who have provided proof of identity, they are entitled to services such as: QRIS and merchant dashboard..
- Password is a combination of letters and numbers created by the User to access the SinarPay Payment System services and applications and can be changed by the User.
- User is an individual account holder who is registered as a user of the SinarPay Payment System Service.
- SinarPay Payment System PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a personal identification number that is confidential and known only to the User. Passwords and PINs are used to prove that the User concerned is entitled to SinarPay Payment System services.
- Transactions are all financial activities regarding the balance in the User's SinarPay Payment System account.
Registration requirement
- Users fill in personal data such as Name, Date of Birth, Telephone Number/Mobile Number, E-mail, etc. on the SinarPay site or application.
- Upload Scan/Screenshot/Capture of valid proof of identity (KTP/SIM/Passport).
- Users must have an e-mail address and telephone number.
- Have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the SinarPay Payment System.
Terms of Use
- Users can use the SinarPay Payment System Service to carry out product and service transactions on the SinarPay Merchant site or application.
For each transaction execution:
- Users are obliged to ensure the accuracy and completeness of transaction orders (including ensuring that all data required for transactions have been filled in completely and correctly). SinarPay is not responsible for any impacts that may arise due to negligence, incompleteness, ambiguity, or inaccuracy of instructions/data from Users.
- Users have the opportunity to recheck and/or cancel the data they have filled in.
- All transactions that have been ordered to the SinarPay Payment System and approved by the User cannot be canceled.
- Every order that has been approved from the User which is stored in SinarPay's electronic data center is the correct data received as proof of the order from the User to SinarPay to carry out the transaction in question.
- The SinarPay Payment System accepts and carries out every order from the User as a valid order and for this reason SinarPay has no obligation to research or investigate the authenticity or validity or authority of the SinarPay user, Password and PIN or assess or prove the accuracy or completeness of the order in question. Therefore The order is legally binding on the User accordingly.
SinarPay has the right not to carry out orders from Users, if:
- The User's account balance in the SinarPay Payment System is insufficient.
- SinarPay knows or has reason to suspect that fraud or criminal activity has been or will be committed.
- Users have not completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, so Users cannot use certain features.
- As proof that the Transaction ordered by the User has been successfully carried out by the SinarPay Payment System, the User will receive communication about the Transaction via the User's e-mail/merchant dashboard.
User agrees and acknowledges that:
- By carrying out transactions through the SinarPay Payment System, all User orders received by the SinarPay Payment System will be treated as valid evidence even if written documents are not produced or signed documents are issued.
- Evidence of orders from Users to the SinarPay Payment System that are sent electronically which are stored in the SinarPay electronic data center and/or stored in the form of information storage and other data in the SinarPay Payment System, whether in the form of written documents, notes, computer printouts and/or copies, is valid evidence whose validity, truth or authenticity will not be disputed.
- SinarPay has the right to stop the SinarPay Payment System Services temporarily or for a certain period of time determined by SinarPay for the purposes of renewal, maintenance or for other purposes for any reason deemed good by SinarPay, and for this SinarPay is not obliged to be responsible to anyone.
Password and PIN
- Passwords and PINs are confidential codes and the authority to use them rests with the User.
Users are required to secure the SinarPay Payment System Password and PIN by:
- Do not reveal the SinarPay Payment System Password and PIN to other people.
- Be careful using the SinarPay Payment System Password and PIN so that it is not visible to other people.
- In the event that the User knows or suspects that the SinarPay Payment System Password and PIN have been known by another unauthorized person, the User is obliged to immediately take security measures by changing the SinarPay Payment System Password and PIN.
- All orders and transactions based on the use of the SinarPay Payment System Password and PIN by unauthorized parties are fully the responsibility of the User.
- The use of the SinarPay Electronic Money Password and PIN has legal force, therefore the User hereby declares that the use of the SinarPay Electronic Money Password and PIN in every order for a SinarPay Payment System transaction also constitutes a grant of authority from the User to SinarPay to carry out Transactions including but not limited to carrying out debiting the User's account balance which is still available in the SinarPay Payment System in order to carry out the ordered Transaction.
- The authorization as mentioned above cannot be terminated for any reason, including for reasons as intended in Articles 1813, 1814, and 1816 of the Civil Code as long as the User is still receiving SinarPay Payment System Services.
- Any misuse of the SinarPay Payment System Access Password/Password is the User's responsibility. The User hereby releases SinarPay from all claims that may arise, both from other parties and the User himself as a result of misuse of the SinarPay Payment System Access Password/Password.
Termination of Service Access
SinarPay Payment System service access will be terminated by SinarPay if:
Users ask the SinarPay Payment System to permanently stop access to the SinarPay Payment System Services due to, among other things:
- User forgets access password/Password and/or access PIN/PIN for the SinarPay Payment System.
- Users close all accounts accessed through the SinarPay Payment System Service.
- The SinarPay Payment System account is included in a fraud investigation.
- Receiving a written report from the User regarding the alleged or known knowledge of the User's SinarPay Payment System Password and PIN by another unauthorized party.
- Upload Scan/Screenshot/Capture of valid proof of identity (KTP/SIM/Passport).
- Users must have an e-mail address and telephone number.
- Have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the SinarPay Payment System.
